Request spamming? Read this...

Okay, I'm turning 39 in less than a couple of weeks and if someone thinks that I have been "request spamming" in the Projects Forum (and possibly elsewhere), please read on.

I have gotten a deviant by the name of drawmokie indefinitely banned from deviantART as a result of persistently spamming requests of "draw mokie" on userpages and on deviations over and over after getting suspended twice. The situation has gotten so bad that deviants regardless of how talented they are couldn't handle it anymore. I myself couldn't handle it anymore to a point where I decided to put the spammer out of deviantART's misery for good.

It's obvious that the deviant in question will not be celebrating Christmas...either this year nor in the near future.

Let this clearly be a lesson that spamming and excessively begging for requests constitutes harassment and it's not going to be tolerated!

I personally do not have any regrets getting drawmokie removed from deviantART for persistent spamming, but all I'm saying is that the user brought it upon himself/herself.

The banned deviant has now been told to contact the Help Desk and explain the reason why spamming and harassment isn't allowed:

However, I suspect that spamming "draw mokie", bad grammar and even abuse towards the Help Desk staff will most likely lead to a ban from the Help Desk. I'm serious. Due to this, it's highly unlikely that the deviant will be allowed to return to deviantART in the next year and beyond. I sure hope that the deviant does not even create a new account to avoid a ban as it will only get the deviant banned again.

I feel a bit moronic posting this, but I'm still trying hard to get the assigned drawing done; however, I've been slow. I've been pressured to get it done as soon as possible...especially since deviants are going to go on a two week holiday break.
