Can you believe that it has been a year since I had my tooth extracted. I knew that due to the 17 years of neglect for my teeth has already cost me one tooth and I had to face the consequences for it. Luckily in the next three dental appointments spanning into earlier this year, I had two of my other teeth repaired.

The tooth was extracted at approximately 10:21 AM PST. My mouth started to hurt for a while to a point that I could hardly eat anything for the rest of the year. I went from as high as 196 down to as low as 178. I certainly don't want to go through this anymore if I can learn to take care of my teeth.

Just curious to ask. Have you ever had your tooth extracted or repaired before? If so, please share your thoughts.

I don't brush my teeth, or go to the dentist. It's just not a habit I was brought up with. I few of my milk teeth rotted when I was younger. The only pain I get every now and then is when my wisdom teeth try to push themselves through.
