If you haven't seen the live coverage of Barack Obama's Presidential Inauguration, it was wonderful!

The document that he sworn in as President was based on the Lincoln Bible and a Bible owned by Martin Luther King, Jr. The Inauguration was administered by John G. Roberts.

He officially began his second term in office at noon yesterday and his second term will last until Friday, 20 January 2017. Unfortunately, at that point, he will have to retire from the Oath of Office, head back to his home city of Honululu, Hawaii and transfer power to the next President of the United States.

This is the case, because as mentioned in this journal entry last Fall, he will no longer be eligible for re-election due to the XXIInd Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Now that celebration is over, it's back to work as President for the next four years.

Thoughts about the inauguration anyone?

I missed it, but I'm glad that he is on his second term.
