deviantID 2010 - Pink Rainbow

Description

This is my new deviantID for 2010 featuring my Gaia avatar, Pink Rainbow. This is my first ID that I have done in almost three years and the drawing took almost four days to finish it all off. This deviantID no longer has information embedded in this ID such as birthdate, the date of deviancy and dA ID number.

Due to the size of this drawing, you may not feel too comfortable about the height of this deviantId that might not fit your monitor. :(

On a happy note, I have made some cosmetic changes to my Pink Rainbow character. I have added a dark reddish-pink star on the left side of her cheek with rainbow coloured streaks below it.

The star glows up quite nicely. A pink heart on her necklace has been added. The beads on her hands are more colourful than the original avatar as pictured. Her belt now has a pinkish heart.

Also, I even attempted to do a newer solid shading technique on her hair. However, the shading on her clothing didn't turn out so great.

The simplified black background has five glowy blue, green, yellow, orange and pink red lines along with the vertical ppgrainbow logo. Parts of her dress and hair were referenced.

Upon reaching 200,000 pageviews, my upcoming catgirl character, Kermessa will be unveiled!

Comments and favs on this deviantID are really appreciated as always!:heart:

I love how you put the colors in this one. Just seeing the thumb immediately grabs your attention and makes you want to click on it in order to see what kind of detail you put into it.

As on your other one I critiqued, all the detail you put in is wonderful but the face just makes the entire figure fall kind of flat since it's all 2D while everything else has tons of detail put into it. I think how ever you did a very nice job once again and I think you're definitely onto something. The only real problem I''m noticing is that the head is just a bit too small for the body.
